Patterns
When the same claim is made several times in one recording, Ciev groups those moments into a pattern and titles it by the claim, for example "Projects $264,000 from monthly contract purchases". The group appears as one row showing how many times it occurred, and opens to the individual instances.
Decide all N at once applies one decision to the whole pattern. Each instance still keeps its own decision record, so the audit trail stays per moment.
