Close a review

When every moment has a decision, the recording becomes Ready to close. Closing it files your proof of review: who closed it, when, and an optional note.

A close holds for the scan it was made on. If the recording is reviewed again, for example because you changed a policy, the close reopens so the new moments get decided too. This is deliberate: a filed review should never silently cover moments nobody saw.

Closed recordings stay fully readable, and can be reopened.
