How review works
Add a recording the way you add any other, by uploading it, pasting a link, or importing it from a connected platform. Ingest runs as usual: transcription, the text on screen, speaker identification.
The compliance review then runs automatically as a further stage. It reads the recording against every enabled policy and produces moments: a specific point in the recording where something may breach a rule. Each moment carries:
- the quote, and where it came from: the words said, the text on screen, our description of what was on screen, or a claim that is missing a disclosure;
- the policy it may breach;
- a verdict, which is Ciev's read, not your decision.
When the review finishes, the recording appears in Reviews.
