Policies
Policies in the sidebar holds the rules every recording is checked against. Each policy is a rule written in plain words, plus optional keywords matched exactly.
Both halves matter. The rule is what Ciev reads the recording against, which is how a claim gets caught when it is made in words nobody put on a keyword list. The keywords guarantee that the specific terms your firm is checked on are never missed.
